Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
We only accept returns or exchanges for products that were delivered damaged or incorrect (different from what you ordered).
Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as received — unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your package upon delivery. If the packaging appears damaged or the item is defective, contact us immediately with photos or an unpacking video.
This helps us assess the issue and resolve it quickly.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

- Informational or religious material (e.g., dua booklets or cards) once opened or used
- Customized or personalized items
- Items purchased during sale or promotional offers
Exchanges
We offer a 7-day exchange window for eligible products.
The fastest way to get the correct item is to return the incorrect one first. Once the return is accepted, you may place a new order.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the refund status.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.
